To seek meaning in an image one must methodically search every aspect of it to find a revelation. Drawing is a way of imposing one’s thoughts into a physical and concrete manifestation of consciousness. My work constantly searches familiar landscapes and nostalgic objects to confront memories that ultimately shaped my identity.
